Newcomers to this veteran in exposing and challenging South Wales Police cannot appreciate the significance of this brain scan.
I met him first, when he attended one of the meetings I used to organise at the House of Lords.
He had just come out of psychiatric Caswell Clinic where he had spent some seven months: Maurice Kirk – The Flying Vet
Hindsight makes it clear:
- South Wales Police (SWP) used MAPPA to have the ‘legalised permission’ to shoot him – for he has enough evidence against them to win his claim for civil damages – but SWP can’t allow that to happen, can they!? They’d rather commit crimes to cover up crimes – just as Haringey Council and Haringey Police: same abuse of power, process and authority.
- SWP paid the Director of Caswell Clinic to write a medical report that said Maurice had significant brain damage, possibly cancer, so that he could be locked up and away for life – in Ashworth High Security psychiatric prison. That’s what Norman Scarth has been campaigning against, for he shares that kind of horrible experience with Maurice. His report is on this post on Maurice’s site.
The above scan and this report say:
Intracranial appearances are within normal limits, with no evidence of bleed or fracture.
So, this adds to the ‘bill of compensation’, methinks.
But as long as Maurice is kept in HMP Cardiff, they can continue to mis-treat and torture him, besides denying him justice in his legal proceedings.
Let’s keep the faith: it’s an ethical battle we’re fighting – between good and evil, spiritual and material priorities…

I have known Maurice Kirk for many years and, during the times I have spent with him, have found him to be a very intelligent and articulate man.
The result of the brain scan comes as no surprise to me.
I have always known him to be completely sane.

While he was in Caswell Clinic, he was found to be in the top 5% of the population in terms of IQ, Colin!
No wonder they can’t cope with him, and only his mind is able to cope with the complexity of their cover-ups!
I only hope that he’ll live to see the fruits of his incredible efforts!

I’m dismayed that there is so little response to his plight there.
So many of those that I know locally who post there are too engrossed in their own little worlds to care about the sufferings and injustices currently happening to others.
The “I’m alright Jack” attitude is everywhere!

The Judge in our case documented that he was shocked that my wife and I were able to complete his order for us to re-write a full and `complex` appeal application for a civil case against 3 public authorities, and turn it from around 500 pages of evidence to around 800 pages of the most complex legally worded requirements you can imagine.
It took him 18-months to read and eventually rewrite his response to it with a farcical 42 page middle finger; knowing we would be faced with more difficulties.
We had to print out another copy and post it to apply to appeal, even though the Court has the original version the wrote to say they were going to destroy unless we crossed the world to collect it in person. The appeal court refused to take that copy the Court already have.
It seems that they love to rag victims of the public authorities around for sport.
The Courts have repeatedly breached the Magna Carta which gives us all the right to expedient Justice.
Magna Carta, clause 40: “To no one will we sell, to no one will we refuse or delay, right or justice.”
No Magna Carta application in almost 4 years of applying for a Civil case, no Human Rights permitted for 7 years. The UK legal system is a farce.
